  • 1 Pinsa Pasta Piccinini.
  • 200 grams of sweet-and-sour tropea onion.
  • 200 grams of Tomato in oil.
  • 100 grams of pistacho grits.
  • evo oil.

Method

  1. Remove the Pinsa from the wrapper put a drizzle of oil on it and heat it three minutes on each side (start with the side that is underneath).
  2. Remove the Pinsa from the oven and top with sweet and sour Tropea onion, tomato, pistachio granules and a drizzle of olive oil.

  3. Bake for three minutes.

  4. Cut into slices, eat while still hot.
