  • 2 eggplants.
  • 2 zucchini.
  • 200 grams of stracciatella.
  • lots of basil.

Method

  1. Remove the Pinsa from the wrapper put a drizzle of oil on it and heat it three minutes on each side ( start with the side that is underneath).
  2. Grate the vegetables on the grill or in the oven.
  3. Remove Pinsa from the oven and decorate with grilled eggplant and zucchini.
  4. Add stracciatella, a drizzle of evo oil and a few basil leaves.
