Ingredients
- 1 Pinsa Piccinini.
- 2 eggplants.
- 2 zucchini.
- 200 grams of stracciatella.
- lots of basil.
- evo oil.
Method
- Remove the Pinsa from the wrapper put a drizzle of oil on it and heat it three minutes on each side ( start with the side that is underneath).
- Grate the vegetables on the grill or in the oven.
- Remove Pinsa from the oven and decorate with grilled eggplant and zucchini.
- Add stracciatella, a drizzle of evo oil and a few basil leaves.
