Ingredients

  • 1 Pinsa Pasta Piccinini
  • 1 fresh burrata
  • 4 anchovies in oil
  • 1 jar of cherry tomatoes in oil
  • 500 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 70 grams of extra virgin olive oil
  • lots of basil

Method

  1. Remove the Pinsa from the wrapper put a drizzle of oil on it and heat it three minutes on each side (start with the side that is underneath).
  2. Remove the Pinsa from the oven and add the burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, anchovies in oil and basil.
  3. Cut into slices, eat while still hot.
