Ingredients
- 1 Pinsa Pasta Piccinini
- 1 fresh burrata
- 4 anchovies in oil
- 1 jar of cherry tomatoes in oil
- 500 grams of tomato puree
- 1 clove of garlic
- 70 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- lots of basil
Method
- Remove the Pinsa from the wrapper put a drizzle of oil on it and heat it three minutes on each side (start with the side that is underneath).
- Remove the Pinsa from the oven and add the burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, anchovies in oil and basil.
- Cut into slices, eat while still hot.
