Ingredients
- 1 package of vegan Potato gnocchi from Pasta Piccinini
- 500 grams of tomato puree
- 1 clove of garlic
- 70 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- a lots of basil
Method
- Sauté a clove of garlic in a little extra virgin olive oil.
- Add tomato puree and lots of fresh basil.
- Cook the potato gnocchi in plenty of salted water for 3/4 minutes.
- Drain as soon as they come to the surface.
- Season them with the prepared tomato sauce and add lots of fresh basil.
