  • 500 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 70 grams of extra virgin olive oil
  • a lots of basil

Method

  1. Sauté a clove of garlic in a little extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add tomato puree and lots of fresh basil.
  3. Cook the potato gnocchi in plenty of salted water for 3/4 minutes.
  4. Drain as soon as they come to the surface.
  5. Season them with the prepared tomato sauce and add lots of fresh basil.
